Ms. Warren represents electric utilities, independent power producers, power marketers and independent transmission companies in a broad array of regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and federal Courts of Appeals, including matters relating to energy market rules and operation, open access transmission issues, generation and transmission interconnection, rate regulation, mergers and acquisitions, enforcement and compliance, and authorizations. She also represents clients in electric industry transactional matters, drafting and negotiating varied contracts such as power purchase agreements, renewable energy credit agreements, fuel supply agreements and development agreements.
EDUCATION
Ms. Warren received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1995, her M.L.S. from Syracuse University in 1991, and her B.A. in English from the University of Virginia in 1988.
