DESCRIPTIVE BIO
Ms. Conner is an associate at Wright & Talisman, P.C. with experience in regulatory matters involving the electric industry. She has represented investor-owned utilities in filings and hearings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, including proceedings related to the implementation of energy markets in the Midwest region and the formation of a Regional Transmission Organization in New England.

Ms. Conner has also represented investor-owned utilities before the Public Utility Commission of Texas in matters involving retail rates and industry restructuring.

EDUCATION
Ms. Conner received her B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Purdue University in 1996 and earned her J.D. from Indiana University in 1999.
