DESCRIPTIVE BIO
Mr. Segers joined Wright & Talisman, P.C. on September 1, 2003. His practice primarily consists of the representation of electric and natural gas clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and other federal agencies, as well as the federal courts. Mr. Segers has represented and advised Regional Transmission Organizations, individual transmission providers and power pools in matters concerning open access transmission and interconnection, implementation of ancillary services markets, cost allocation for transmission facilities, power sales arrangements, authorizations to sell power at market-based rates, the transfer of transmission assets, and debt issuances.

EDUCATION
Mr. Segers earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Catholic University of America in 2003 and received his B.A. from St. Lawrence University in 1995.

BAR/COURT ADMISSIONS
Mr. Segers is a Member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Maryland State Bar, as well as the Energy Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
